Whenever I try to use the toybox, It just shows an error saying that I'm not connected or the servers are down.
When I visit the toybox on my browser, it just shows up as an error.

Games / Steam lowers my sound?

Every time Steam notifies me that someone came online while I'm watching a youtube video, the sound gets lowered. Why is this? I have to refresh the page to get the regular sound back
