Off Topic / a classmate says I killed JFK

When I was in social studies class and I drew a sketch of john f. kennedy, I quizzed someone who was sitting across from me on who killed JFK, he proceeded to say that I killed John F. Kennedy in a hotel room, once I showed him the paragraph in the HISTORY book he took his pencil and crossed out "Lee Harvey Oswald" and replaced it with my name when I asked him to read the article, he kept alleging that I killed JFK.

personal opinion(s)
I've sent him an apology as indicated in a screenshot above, you can't get through to him.
Very unsympathetic guy, sticks to his opinion regardless of anything.

(2)Gunner is an extremely harsh person with no sympathy for anyone, he's thick headed and is not open to discussion when he is angry, he doesn't listen to one's resolve and has a tendency of breaking out in rage on people, especially when there are more players in the server.

Suggestions & Requests / Disabling host's ability to talk as another player.

This is just loving stupid to have in the first place, but when the host knows how to do this, or a person can use the host's console via mod, such as eval, It can make an actually decent player look like an starfish. I don't know if Badspot can do this, but it would be much appreciated, even though this happens rarely.

" and ' will not work in game after I join another server, it works on the first server I join, This issue also makes the following not work, + - _ = |
They work fine on the first server I'm on, but when I join another server these just don't work.
