Yeah my discord convo pretty much reflects how I feel about this.
There's forgetloads of misinformation (and I might've called you people stupid - sorry, i dont really mean it), so really, the whole point is - You was acting like a richard, was told to stop being a richard, decided to sass to admins and keep on being a richard and he got banned for being a richard. Clickpushing really has nothing to even do with it.

every admin here said it is about clickpushing, the ban reason says it is about clickpushing. "hes a richard" fully transcribes to "hes a richard because he clickpushed". i was never warned for "being a richard" despite given two warnings for clickpushing. i never interacted with the admins enough to sass them beyond them telling me not to clickpush. i don't even know what i did to powergame since i wandered around for my grand total of like 6 minutes on the server, doing nothing. clickpushing is not a weapon when in the investigative phase because the phase disables all weapons, nobody can kill each other until the game restarts. your admin staff is initially confused by your revisionism for a reason.

if my other heinous crime of claiming to be the murderer once is this entire richard thing

i said quote "i did it, it was me" while not being bloody, not near the crime scene when the murder happened, not during the trial phase, and while multiple other bloody people far more suspicious than me were nearby. if i had actively tried to ruin the trial phase or had been involved in the crime in some way you would have a point, but this is hardly the kind of knockout evidence you are presenting it as

So from reading this, I can gather that you have the mindset of, “there’s nothing to do, may as well break the rules!”  Like dude I can understand the boredom in not being able to do anything and the annoyance  of being unable to communicate important information to the vast majority of players who have the attention span of a kid with ADHD.  But I can’t understand why you would choose to break a rule continuously after getting warned to stop, even if it had no major impact whatsoever.

why is it a rule if it has no impact

Also makes me wonder why you fail to explain why something sucks, yet you demand explanations from others as to how things are justified or sensible.

I've had plenty of experiences with you on this part; as you fail to tell me that something I've done sucks or is flawed in some way, you fail to explain how it is flawed or what makes it suck.

   for brevity i shall only relate the ways in which the gamemode's failings led to this drama. for the unaware, despair syndrome works in three distinct phases: the murder phase, investigation phase, and trial phase. the investigation phase takes place when a body killed by someone chosen as murderer in the murderer phase is discovered by someone else. this ceases all possible violent activity and allows the nonmurderer majority to gather around and investigate possible murderers before they decide who they believe is guilty. problems emerge as the amount of evidence findable dries up at around the first ten seconds and the mode lasts for 7 minutes. all evidence, largely consistent of blood on clothing and weapons and blood trails, is immediately visible and nonambiguous. there is no evidence finding beyond this.

   not actually being near the body the moment it is found discludes participation in the brief moments of investigation that do take place. frequently, late detectives deal with things like the body being moved, blood being washed, perps with blood on them running away or showering, ect, so actually learning anything from this mess is impossible. additionally, conveying the information found at the crime scene is wholly unnecessary during this phase. the trial phase, which happens automatically after the investigation phase, gives another entire 7 minutes to relay what happened to a unified and listening audience. in the investigative phase, all of the players are scattered around the map, walking aimlessly or afking. trying to tell anyone anything is a simple waste of time because reaching a large audience is impossible. there is no place to go and nothing to do in this entire seven minutes of desolate time wasting.

   the majority of players afk or walk around aimlessly because they have absolutely nothing to do. there are no contributions a player can make to their team after the first few seconds have passed of the phase pass. players are not required to be anywhere or do anything. changing their positions by clicking on them has no gameplay impact at all. it was about three minutes into the investigative phase when i was warned and banned for clickpushing, an action that might as well figuratively not exist for how much impact it has in this scenario. the clickpush isn't even that powerful considering it is on a delay. it is the equivalent of banning jumping, another nonessential action that has almost zero impact on the game.

How about next time you put some effort into sending a PM to the administration of the server giving them your input on how to improve the gamemode?

You know, instead of just trolling and posting about it here. You might actually influence some change in the server rather than just making yourself look like a cunt.

i see no problem with a public discussion of the issue. it allows the entire community to submit input and critique which can be more valuable than a discussion between two individuals or a small group of people

your approach makes me think "man i dont think the store owner would miss this candy bar out of hundreds on the shelf, and its < $1, it shouldnt be a problem if i steal it...."

It doesn't really matter what instance your in, you can't do it period.

zero tolerance policies on actions that could only impact the game in some kind of ludicrous butterfly effect scenario seem to be the norm

Do us all a favor and next time name the topic something like "I was banned after 2 warnings; please tell me why I'm right"

if you want to continue avoiding my question so be it

disagreeing with the rules doesn't justify breaking them either dude

normally i would agree. this rule was legislating something of such insignificance that breaking it would not impact the game for anyone in any way whatsoever

That's a pretty standard way of approaching administration. I get you think that you're some blockland rule vigilante but realistically they gave you fair chance to either play the game by their rules or leave. Besides, I don't need to prove anything - you've provided proof you're a little turd in the screenshots.

Dude, I warned you multiple times you were breaking the rules, and you continued to do it, and you also broke another rule; saying you were the killer when you weren't. You broke 2 rules. There was a valid reason to ban you, so I banned you.

The mechanics are about as serious as they could be, the only fault is you.  The entire purpose of the rule is to prevent people from richarding around, this sounds like sound logic for a gamemode thats meant to be serious.

explain to me how the mechanics are "serious" and how clickpush is not serious enough to use despite it being in the game

Yeah nah you're just acting like a spoilt little kid. Your ban is sound even if you disagree with the rules.

Despair Fever is meant to be a serious gamemode, Jack has stated this before numerous times.  Jack is even making Despair Fever a standalone game because people don't even take the game seriously on Blockland, and it's people like you who ruin it for him.  By no means is this rule broken, its there to keep people from richarding around.

rules only matter if the logic behind the rule is sound. banning for clickpushing people who have nothing to do but stand around is not sound

all players with disguises on have their name changed to unknown so thats me and about 3 others

So what I'm seeing is, you were told not to randomly clickpush, and you do it anyways resulting in a ban.
