Help / Datablock Limits?

When i spawned in my server something popped up about Datablock Limits, and it said some of my addons may not be loaded....How do i fix this Datablock Limits thing? i've tried deleteing some addons i don't need. Please help.

Help / why is it that people cant join my server AT ALL?

someone please tell me why...i try getting friends to join and they can't join..so can someone please help me with this
