I really don't know, the game/storyline looks awesome, but that's how BF3 was and IMO it didn't live up to its hype. Although I still did love BF3. Should I preorder it? Please don't tell me to get Black Ops as I hate the future warfare genre.

Infact I'm pretty much a bandit. If I don't know you. I kill you. It's kinda the point of DayZ. I don't like killing people I do know so I team up with them for the most part. It's between a safety thing and a thrill of the hunt thing. Depends on the situation.Still missing the point.
You ever hear of the term "Bandit Trap"? You seem to be totally convinced everyone in this game is a good person. (or at least the forums.)
Example:
Hey guys, I really need a blood trans! I'm in this really open spot on a field near cherno. Go to that field and I'll log in! Promise I won't shoot you, i've only got a crowbar. No I don't have a sniper rifle! I PROMISE!
I don't trust everyone. I just trust masterockets and I know he needs help, he and Extrude were ambushed at Green Mountain and he's still alive. Actually, you can basically trust most people on BLF. I haven't seen one person kill another blocklander except for the whole meeses/kira whatever hting, and even that wasn't a true deception.
I know what a bandit trap is and it's almost never that kind of scenario it's more like this:
"Hey guys I found this camp on US 999. I left a lot of gear so come get it!"
