Hmm I think its possible just hard to do... I know how to make a Desert storm bu heat waves are a bit tricky and probably need a decal for the heat waves.

i can uderstand that.. i was gonna try it then i got a "OH stuff LAGUTOPIA!" becuase of even starting it

EW=good for long or detail builds
EW=bad for normal building

EW should not be apart of retail as default
