My personal highlight is that biomes now have classes, so it is very unlikely that clashing biomes will generate adjacent to each other. (Desert next to snow biomes, etc.) Of course with this type of generation, it's impossible to prevent it 100% without risking oddities, but it will be uncommon.Wow, that's practically a biome mod API right there. Now all they need is to add the ability to add-on biome classes.
It's probably Nintendo's solution to the expensive price of the 3DS systems and Wii U. I think this would make a great gift to family and friends who couldn't afford the 3DS.Another thing I wanted to add was that the design will seem weird for a while, but everyone will get used to it sooner or later. I mean, if you look back to previous Nintendo systems, many people probably thought the stuff like the Gameboy Advance or the first Wii U Gamepad were odd. Now sure the Gamepad has changed a bit, but most of the stuff is still the same.
Since when was blockland in the action indie pack?That's because it IS and indie game, and it has action in it. If they had a sandbox tag, they would do that instead.
