this is what i posted on spuf when someone posted that:
We still don't know; the fingers thing doesn't count as the suit could have longer fingers than the actual Pyro's fingers. The Pyroland thing doesn't count as it's the mask (see: Pyrovision) that changes what the Pyro sees not the actual Pyro's thoughts. The shoulder thing could just be that fighting and dying all day and always carrying around weapons and having your arms stretched out holding a large flame-thrower changes them over-time; or it could just be a weird female. A lot of these things are also based off of TRENDS. Not 100%, all the time facts. TRENDS. It could just be a slight dip in the trends.

All theories busted. We'll never know anything about him for sure until Valve actually shows more about him; which they hopefully never will.
"Then again, it's just all a theory, a Game Theory."
But in my defense, many things were also scientific proof. You couldn't have busted all the theories.

I obviously don't watch it, but I doubt it would seriously damage someone's thought process that badly.

That's not unique to Terraria at all. Tons of games do that.
I didn't say it was unique to Terraria at all, I just said it sounds like how Terraria's various item attributes work.

On the latest Nintendo Direct, I saw the Game & Wario details, and now I really want to try it out.
Also the Nabbit player in New Super Luigi U seems pretty cheap.

He said he'll eventually add a command to set them instead of just the NBT, it will make mods more compatible for the Mod API, and I assume in general they could eventually add more ways of specializing your equipment in vanilla through the system than current enchanting or breeding. He mentioned examples like how might helmets can mess with health, bows could mess with speed, etc. Although I will say I think his bow example was about aiming a bow, and having it constantly slow you would be dumb... But that's just something you could do - not a default thing.
That sounds a lot like how Terraria's weapons have attributes, because items have a chance to make you have more speed, more damage, less knockback, etc.

A hover-car.
A hover-board.
Hover-shoes.
Half-Life 2 : Episode 3.

There, I took some things that many people would have probably posted.

So Nintendo's gonna be basically the only company who will excel with backwards compatability?
I know Sony has it to an extent, but you still have to pay some money for your old PS3 games.
