I believe bumping is okay as long as it is done with good intent. I believe posts like "Nice bump idiot, way to bump this moron" should be ban-able.

Two reasons why:
1. These types of posts only keep a topic bumped
2. They add nothing, you might as well have not posted at all if you intent was to call the person an idiot

Wouldn't it technically fall under trolling/flaming when you put it that way?

Get a Samsung or LG monitor, my LG monitor is 1080x1920 and was only 150 euro.

I'd rather the resolution be the other way around but if that's how you float your boat...
