When it was WSJ, it was just random ecchi stuff with a liiiiittle bit of a plot in there. Darkness actually has a somewhat decent plot.

I didn't follow instructions properly, so I ended up making a new service account. Currently waiting in line, and have been since Tuesday, to get this fixed. Damn shame too. I was looking forward to Ifrit.

I visit Detroit and the surrounding area at least once a year, and I have tons of friends that live around Detroit. Many parts of the city are stuff, yes. However, the Greek Town area and the border are pretty decent. The worse thing that's happened to me personally while walking around that area is someone coming up to me and asking for a cigarette. The stuff parts of Detroit remind me a lot of the areas I've lived in most of my life in Chicago, just with a tad more crime.

So far the anime is very lackluster. The OP and ED are great, but I don't understand what's going on with the plot. From what I hear, it's apparently supposed to follow Victory's plot, and I haven't played that one yet.

Yeah, definitely. The anime is pretty entertaining, but the pacing is just way too fast. The game is worth a play and I fully recommend it.

Maybe I was too tired to watch it when it came out last night, but I fell asleep right after the OP. I'm going to try it again after work, because I really want to like it.
