This was a cool game, I used to play with some friends (it was great fun doing coop battles), but the whole "not free" thing caused us to stop. :(

Played the demo before the full game was out, good game, not worth $20 from what I could tell.

EDIT: Just noticed it's $10 now, I'll probably buy it next time I have a gift card.

Bought it the day it came out.  It's pretty good, but feels kind of repetitive.  The different powers are really cool though (yay lazers).  Didn't finish it though.

Bushido, you did NOT make the Pokeball, I made it and gave it to you and said you could release it...

The soundtrack came out today.  Completely free too.

I used to play this.  It's pretty decent.  I like that theres a free-roam world you drive around in (and missions occur there too), unlike some other MMO racers.  The bad part is that after level 16 or so you have to just do normal races over and over again to level up and get the actual missions.

Games / Crayon Physics Deluxe

Okay, so CPD was released two or three days ago.  For those who haven't played the prototype, it's an interesting sandbox game (although ARE objectives).  The game is played pretty much entirely with a mouse.  Draw a line, it becomes a solid line.  Draw a box, it becomes a box.  Everything you draw has physical properties.  If you get further in the game, you can draw hinges and ropes.  Rockets are also introduced.  There's also an awesome level editor (which also allows uploading your levels).  It's pretty fun.

I bought it today, and although short (In 2-3 hours I finished like 2/3 of it), it's really fun.  The level editor will give it near-infinite replay value, though.

Full game is $20, a demo with two of the islands is available.

Offboard movement is horrible, in my opinion...moving sideways is too difficult.

R.I.P Space cowboy

I know... I miss my lv 4x M-Gear. D:

Me too! Exact same gear, but was level 37.  Highest level I've ever gotten in a MMORPG (without getting bored and quitting).

Start dedicated.bat in your Blockland folder, then open Blockland as usual, and join your own server.  The name will be the same as the last server you hosted.  Once joined, you can used RTB Prefs Manager or something to change settings.

NOTE: The first time you host a dedicated server with RTB, it will bring up some text and ask you to enter a command to set up the server.  You might want to wait for that to come up before you start Blockland to join)

If you can't find your server, you can also press the Query LAN button at the bottom (it should show just your dedicated server) I think.

Hope that wasn't too confusing.

It's a pretty good game, but I've had such major problems with lag on the ijji server (used to play on that old one from when the game first game out).

Oh wow, I remember those commands...that's when I first started making simple scripts for RTB.  I remember trying to figure out how to add buttons to the old admin menu to control bots, and never quite figuring it out...

Haha, I can remember what I did wrong now that I know better.

I got banned for no reason at all.

It's probably saving me money, too. :cookieMonster:

I haven't played in two years or so, so I have no idea if the various improvements would make me want to pay or whatever.

I'm still on, I just don't post that much.  I usually just read the Games section now, and rarely have any reason to post anywhere else.

And the project is dead, so I'll just lock this topic.  If it's ever revived, I will unlock it.
