It's been ported, but it's not being distributed.  Sorry.

The only people that have it are from pre-V9 as far as I know - the download(s) were taken down a long time ago.

Anyways, I'm doing some updates with it at the moment, and Nitramtj is helping me with the math so that it isn't instakill and is based on your distance from the bomb - same with impulse.

EDIT: And if you have it, don't just randomly repackage and release without permission.

Actually, I found my old one.  I'll update it at some point.  If it works well enough I'll release it again.

I made the remote bomb for V8.  I lost it, though.  If anyone has a copy, PM it to me - I'd like to make some updates and repackage it for V10 (dunno if I'd release it though).

Cool, I'll probably rent it.  I played Tenchu Z's demo on the 360 and though it was pretty cool.

Of course, the Wii controls will probably be questionable.

The source code is the uncompiled code of the game. You would need to compile it in order to run it.

Basically an open-source game means you have access to the code to see how they did things or just mess with it/expand on it.

Wrong, they're releasing an alpha to everyone who preordered, starting like this week or something.

Point is, two are in the Secret Preorder Forum already.

Isn't that the game famous for coming with the Starforce DRM malicious software?

Get it over steam, no extra DRM like StarForce.

I've bought TMUF, it's pretty good, but I don't play much (they had a 50% off sale a while ago).

Is it possible to have an event that changes your datablock into a vehicle? (other than horse)

Let me see if I can remember this right:

The horse isn't a WheeledVehicle class, instead it's a Player class.  The minifig we know and love is also a Player class, so you can easily switch between them without much trouble.  However, the Jeep (and many other vehicles) are NOT the player class, so switching it around isn't as simple.  I've tried some stuff similar to it, and it's really hacky and doesn't work that well.

Basically, it's possible, but it has to be done right.

Unless I'm totally off, because I haven't really coded with vehicles in a long while, so I might be full of crap. :cookieMonster:

Games / Re: SecuROM

I found the best place to get information would be the Wikipedia article.

Also, Spore and some other popular games have it, and people wanted to boycott spore because of this.  But it was Spore, so it kinda didn't happen.  The newer versions of SecuROM seem to be safe, though, they just add an extra process that automatically starts with your computer (only really noticeable thing), that can't be easily removed (I've uninstalled Spore, it's still there).  It causes no trouble, though.

Vehicles can turn sideways and upside down and all that, but players can't.

Aherm, skis + don't unhide the ski nodes + gravity jeep script.

Walking would be like sliding around though.

Just played versus mode.  It's really fun, though slower paced, similar to TF2.

Me, Boshi, and Dan (Pingpeppy left halfway through) just finished Mercy.  Last level was insanely hard, we restarted like 5 times, first four on advanced, then the last on normal.

Best way to do it is change the player's datablock (Quake player perhaps?).
