I really wasn't going for the whole "SPAM SKYPE L-O-L TROLOLOL" thing, I just kept changing my mind and couldn't decide what I wanted as my mood, lol. Once I realized I had put so much I just put "filling up ur skype home with my status updates" and didn't think it really mattered, since you know, it's your Skype home. Didn't really think anyone checked those, haha.

should I get it? or wait? is there a good possibility it'll get any lower during this sale?

I'd say it's not worth it
but if you really want it, $15 is probably as low as it'll go.
