the declared winners of each state are decided by the media (https://www.ap.org/en-us/topics/politics/elections/how-we-call-races). a bunch of media organizations are licensed to do this i think. so when a state is called, it actually means jack stuff. media companies think that the candidate will likely win, so they can call it even before votes are fully counted. they do this because otherwise it would take states weeks to fully count their votes (see: this week's election). it takes them this long even in normal elections that are not influenced by covid. back in 2000 they called florida's victor i think 3 different times until they finally settled on bush at the end of all the recounts and supreme court activity n stuff

the actual president of the united states will be decided sometime in december by the electoral college. idk how it works for senate/house races though

here's how Annoying Orange can still win

48
i don't think they will for georgia, but only because the margin is so thin to begin with

49
told ya nevada would go biden baby WOOOOO

50
lol that's actually amazing

51
this is what happens when you use THC oils to cure your cancer ladies and gentlemen

52
And then it will go to the Supreme Court.
do you honestly believe the long-time conservative justices are going to side with Annoying Orange

let me give you a conspiracy theory tip b/c you're too simpleminded: the actual anti-Annoying Orange conspiracy theory goes beyond party lines. the establishment do not want him anymore. this includes the republicans, because they are part of the establishment. the judges who have served on the bench for decades now will favor the establishment that put them on it. this is why states have not stopped counting votes and will continue to count them. republican state legislatures obviously haven't sided with Annoying Orange this time, because they want him gone. if they didn't want him gone, they would have been able to stop counting the votes because that is within their power. this conspiracy theory is also why fox news called arizona really early, because fox news is an establishment news organization. joe biden is actually not leftist in any way shape or form, he is part of the establishment. he is the status quo that obama was. the military will continue to get a ton of funding, corporations will continue to get tax cuts, etc. he's been saying this entire time that he is running this campaign conservative - which makes sense, because joe biden is pretty conservative as far as democrats go (voted for crime bill, opposed busing during civil rights era, opposed gay rights during the 90s, etc). Annoying Orange is hurting the republican cause, since he is massively unpopular and there is good evidence that he defrauded people in order to get to where he is today (see tax returns). republicans will be able to easily find someone who will lead their cause anew in the next 4 years, just like they have done time and time again, this time without as much controversy.

my conclusion: please stop being such a handicap about everything.

lol those lawsuits have been dismissed left and right as they come in

BREAKING NEWS: Annoying Orange IS RIGGING THE RACE IN ARIZONA

Look at how he Jumps and Dips And Dodges in the Graph. He advances by a few percentage points towards the end. This proves he is Rigging The Eelection.

forget you i started writing my post first

Biden is winning them by like 80%. Plus deep Annoying Orange counties still have Biden winning in VBM. I feel that when all is said and done it will be less close than MI
if true biden will lead Annoying Orange by about 300k-400k votes when its all said and done (estimated about 800k ballots remaining, added 80% of that onto biden's total and 20% of that onto Annoying Orange's total)

56
It will be close but it looks like Biden will pull ahead in PA from projections.
he needs at least 55% of the remaining uncounted ballots to be for him in order to pull off a win in PA, which could certainly be possible if the remaining ballots are mail-in ballots or normal ass ballots from large counties where biden is already leading at ~60% vs Annoying Orange's ~40%

marxist leninists super cool bc they want revolution. master matthew step up your game instead of weeping about voter fraud inside your house like a baby. grab a shotgun, go outside and be a man

Lets read an article from the The Association of American Physicians and Surgeons, even they are against mandatory vaccination

https://aapsonline.org/measles-outbreak-and-federal-vaccine-mandates/?fbclid=IwAR3zi4mLli2HMfkXezAX5aTNWyUiNDl6qnl0c0EY3uXL7OSV_CK7FKAJsXE

i can understand that vaccines are dangerous in some situations, such as in cancer patients who have extremely compromised immune systems. but, honestly, i doubt the source that you brought up. i did some searching and the AAPS publishes some weird stuff. among other weird claims (abortions cause breast cancer, etc), they publish stuff that claims HIV doesn't cause aids: https://www.jpands.org/vol12no4/bauer.pdf

JPANDS (the journal AAPS endorses and apparently publishes under) is not listed by other trusted journal aggregates like PubMed and MEDLINE (fun fact i think i've actually used PubMed for cancer research at uni, the stuff they collate is legit) which is usually a good sign that they're not trustworthy when it comes to actual scientific research. as far as actual vaccine research goes, it is well known that it's been shown that vaccines do not cause developmental problems like autism (the original research itself was retracted https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC283167/ after further investigation, other research papers have not been able to find a link between the usage of mercury-related compounds used in vaccines and autism since)

after rereading the post (i noticed an edit and wasn't sure if i was up to date yet) i saw this:
even they
this language suggests you don't know who the AAPS is. while checking your sources, i discovered they are a conservative-run organization that frequently try to sway research whenever it gets political. hence, why they are weighing in on the vaccine debate and why they are saying HIV doesn't cause AIDS (for those who were not born in the 80s like me, HIV was hugely politicized. the regean administration was famously anti-LGBTQ, whom HIV was affecting disproportionately. they were not taking HIV seriously for this reason). they again weigh in on abortion, trying to muddy the water by implying it may cause weird stuff like breast cancer (https://www.jpands.org/vol24no4/skop.pdf, ctrl + f for breast to find the part i'm talking about). again, they weigh in on homoloveuals (https://www.jpands.org/vol10no3/lehrman.pdf): "[T]he “gay” male lifestyle significantly increases the incidence of infectious disease and shortens life expectancy by about 20 years". this article in particular is rather insulting. it implies that homoloveuality is a choice (it isn't) and that this choice (which people don't choose) kills people. the solution they offer is to simply stop being gay (how?). so yeah, AAPS is pretty stuff lol

edit: god damnit i seriously just did all that googling and bullstuff and it turns out wikipedia had a list right there for me. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Association_of_American_Physicians_and_Surgeons#Publishing_of_non-mainstream_or_scientifically_discredited_claims here's some of their claims that are not substantiated by any other research institution. trust me, i looked all that stuff one by one lol its all legit

my favorite claim is that they think global warming will be beneficial for humanity

vaccines are obviously the exact opposite of the normal stuff that drug companies pedal. you only have to get one a year regularly (as opposed to many per year, like prescriptions). you normally only have to get a handful of special one-time shots throughout your entire life. the flu shot is actually free at places like CVS, and really cheap elsewhere. they're not addicting. etc. reasons for why they're good keep going on and on. drug companies do pull terrible stuff regularly (insulin is made at around 10 dollars, sold for hundreds of dollars) but fortunately for everyone shots that prevent diseases seem to be the only thing they don't forget up
