I didn't really post here while supreme master troll Lord Tony was posting so I never had the luxury of having the MASTER disown me. But seriously, he tried being butt-buddies with me and some other cool people on steam and it didn't really work out because he was boring and unfunny and he had gay kung-fu videos on youtube.

Yep, very long, makes squatting out of the "hole" without good-morning the weight a trial of attrition. Seriously thinking of adding leg-presses to my squat days to make sure I at least get something out of the day if I fail my squats.

Doesn't matter if they're skinny unless you're just some big bodybuilder. You have the build of a wide receiver it seems to me.

Legs are everything. If you got good legs, that means you can squat a lot of weight, which is hard as forget to do.

Man what is your maintenance point? I have trouble making sure I eat at mine let alone that much above it.

It was around 2800 last year. You just need to find calorie-dense foods that you can down in addition to regular meals if you feel it isn't enough. Stuff needs to be as high in protein as possible, with either carbs or fats as a bonus. I've found skim milk and low fat cottage cheese to be great as protein/carb supplements for workout days, while stuff like regular cheese, bacon, almonds, and other protein/fat sources are good for in-between days. It really depends on what you're aiming for in your diet.
