I don't remember what I tried but it's worth further experimenting with. I might give micronized creatine a try, thanks

I take a tonne of supplements and they definitely do help (except creatine, my stomach always rejects it for some reason), but I also eat at least 30% above maintenance spread out over 5-6 meals on workout days, just to give you an idea. I always try to get 8-9 hours of sleep every day otherwise my performance in lifting goes to stuff for the next day. When I go to the gym I know exactly what lifts I'll be doing, how much weight and reps on warmups/work sets I'll be doing, everything right down to which rack and bar I need to use to get the right grip. And on off days, my cardio consists of 50 burpees and 100 squats in under 6 minutes, and I always get above 50 pull-ups and 50 chin-ups (each) total every day. Supplements are basically just that, supplements, especially compared to all the work you have to do to get any gains over months and eventually years of time.

Although dogs tend to get "red rockets" around me and that concerns me.
I wish that dog would stop doing that when I get around, I know that my cousins black lab gets a boner around me and when he does that I'm out of there.

The spiders under the skin feel real to crack heads, hypochondriacs feel sick and its real to them, also there's a thing called the placebo effect, also people believe God is real and that they've talked to him. Just because drugging yourself seemed to make it go away isn't proof it ever existed.
Yeah? Well this placebo turned my 3.0 GPA bachelors degree into a 3.6 honors in a single year. Must be some right mean sugar.

At last I had done it. The entire continent of Illuria had been ground under my boots, the once proud nations reduced to rubble and their citizens doomed to eternal toil in my undead legion. Followed closely by my army of one hundred necromancers, I rode my motorcycle -itself built of bone and powered by the souls of the dead- over the piled skulls of my slain enemies. I and I alone was the master of this terrible land, and within it all served my merest whim.
As I mused on my conquest, the engine of my harley began to sputter and the skull pile began to shake. I was thrown from my seat, and when I arose, who should stand before me but the Ultimate Necromancer! "Hey boy, that bike aint the only hog you ridin, I seen your girl and she's so fat I thought she was a bloat demon." I reeled in shock, desperately trying to marshal my powers. "I gotta say, I'm surprised even that fat bitch put up with you, yo richard's limper than a zombie's walk. That's right, I hear these sorry ass ghouls be the only thing you raising round here". It was no use, my strength deserted me and I collapsed upon the skull pile. As I was pulled down into the mound of the dead by spectral hands, I heard a low moan come from my assembled followers. "Damn"
