If you go to http://update.blockland.us/latestVersion.php what do you see?

I see:

The launcher could not connect to the update server.  You probably have a firewall or something blocking it.

Our firewall was set to allow Blockland and all that. I dont see what would happen...

Ok, got the Launcher config file here... for some reason BL doesnt write to Console.log anymore.

Note that I run it from drive G on one of my computers, drive K on the second, and drive E on the third.

When it tries to 'activate my key' it goes into offline mode and doesnt work at all. Is a master server down somewhere?

If you dont have access to the installation location or the My Documents folder, that could be the problem. Or your hard disk is full.

I had this; I instead used the launcher shortcut to set it to look for addon folder and that stuff in the location I had stored it in v19. Then it worked fine :/

I tried to set the path to my old Blockland directory and it can't write to it for some reason. I cleared all the read only flags, UAC has been disabled for eons, and Blockland isn't currently running.

I had that issue too, however it was a certain folder thought to be in use. I logged out, then logged back in (to the computer). It worked :/

Help / Blockland v20 closes itself

I open up Blockland Launcher, then it gets to Engine Initialized in the console, then two 'notification' messages appear in blockland for a split second, then it closes itself. What do I do about this?

I believe it's done by editing a shortcut to the launcher, and adding it after the end quotation mark in the target field.

Shortcuts dont do jack stuff for me cause I run BL from a flash drive.

It says to put a command line argument in (it says so in the changelog). Where do I put this in? That black box-console thingy?

I think Addons are stored in my documetns now, which is a piece of sh*t cause I run BL from a flash drive. If there is not an option to choose file location, then I will be VERY VERY angry.

Hey, I talked to Farlander. He says it works fine NORMALLY but when played on a server running gamemode_zombie or gamemode_ZAPT, it crashes people when you eat them.
