voiding warranty, softbrick, bootloop, extrooting can void warranty. and you need root to do some neat things with android
softbrick - unless you purposely pull the plug out when a software is jailbreaking your phone there is no issue. easy recovery is possible
bootloop - easy to recover from. this happens all the time with android

« on: September 09, 2014, 10:25:29 PM »shouldn't have to put my phone in danger to customize my home screenwhat danger lol... its just as safe as rooting your android. plus android is garbage when its stock in terms of customization. so good luck with not putting your phone in danger, aka rooting, installing a recovery, maybe having to unlock bootloader first, finding a good custom rom, install it, then mess around with settings.
