He didn't. He paid for them and leaked them himself. He wasn't caught yet. They just know who he is. He said he will leak some more later I think. Unless the FBI get to him first.

They say they're going to prosecute anyone who posts nudes of Jennifer Lawrence.
How the hell are they going to do that? Asking the image's hosting website for an IP?
I'd be pretty damn sure that anyone who hacks would be smart enough to use a proxy. Or, even some guy just wanting to back-up the images can easily use TOR.

they already found the guy who leaked the photos. He left his name in a picture like a dumbass lol
