what sources. trademark/copyright infringement 101. ferrari is a company that produces brand name cars. they own the name ferrari. you buy their cars and use them. you cant modify their cars and claim them as another brand even if its a made up fantasy. that would break their terms of agreement (im sure they actually hand these to you on paper if you purchase the car. its a luxury brand). that the car you own is actually property of ferrari and not someone else. doi

rebranding a popular car as something else, even if its the real thing or not or the name is made up, not allowed
id like someone to buy a lamborghini and stick ferrari symbols and logos all over it. im curious to see which one throws the fist first. lamborghini for having its car attached to the ferrari logo? or ferrari for having its logos attached to a lamborghini?

its not legal to go around claiming a ferrari is not a ferrari. like it or not its how car companies work. doesnt matter if he makes a profit or not. the claim kind of tells itself because no one else made a ferrari called purrari (thank god) and the fact alone that he decided to do that. it would be fine if it was just the stupid wrap around the car(im glad the idiot removed it and acted as if ferrari held him at gunpoint to do it lol)
