but are the millions of people that know what a ferrari is just going to suddenly think "oh thats a purrari brand that is in every way from the make and model of the car owned by deadmau5, not ferrari" ?

i buy a game, i change the exe file name to something that resembles the original then go in game and change the title or anything to do with the name to my new name, rebrand it as a better version or new version of the original, go flash it to everyone and make videos on it.
the guys who made the original game would not like me and call me a douchebag. they would send me an angry letter threatening me because the name is copyrighted to the game. i cant go around doing that. same thing applies for cars.

wow check out these jokers. ferrari deserves better. glad you guys arent actual fans of them and their work. id be embarrassed as a sports car company to have that atrocity roaming the streets and losers justifying it. im pretty sure any other car company with some dignity would do the same thing

the logo is hardly similar, for one thing. and he wasn't making money off of it either

its the exact same thing but grey and a cat instead of a horse. its copyright infringement.

and they werent referring to the gay ass wrap around the car. they were referring to the symbols and custom floor mats(whatever the forget those look like) (OH YEAH because the material used inside the car is also ferrari copyrighted material)
he was rebranding the ferrari car as something else. major no no with any other company

Also Cowboy told me they have not accessed their FTP server so there's no way of them having our keys. Cca's just trying to stir stuff up.

maybe that logic applies to others but it doesnt to people like me. i feel like making the engine lets you fully know whats going on behind the scenes of the game. allowing you to push the engine to the limits, add or remove things and optimize the game well. yeah its a lot of work and time being put into it but it pays off more than it would if you used someone elses engine. no more needing to cry for bug fixes or cry that no documentation exists on something or that the engine is missing something or bloated or the worst one PAY for licenses to sell or make the game.

stitching up opengl with other libraries or even directx stitched up with its inner APIs to form an engine to put your game on isnt the end of the world

This is bad advice. If you treat people like crap, continuing to do so until you find somebody who will put up with it is not the answer. You'll end up with a lot more friends if you just don't treat people like crap. In general I've found that people who respect themselves enough to not put up with BS are better friends than people who do.

btw youre only 13. youre not going to be a body builder any time soon. i suggest eating home made food, physical activities and not using steroids or those protein milk shakes(dont even try to argue you steroid junkies) until youre like 20 something
