There is no dedicated.bat file anymore
What you do is you create a shortcut and in the target path enter
C:\Blockland\BlocklandLauncher.exe -dedicated -map skylands
And then you double click the new shortcut and the dedicated server should start.

EDIT: I set the max points to 100 and everytime someone gets a kill it resets.

Who recommends you?: Darren, Whitestorm, Muzzles56 and possibly Big Brother and TomTom.
Why should I accept you? (Please elaborate): When I have hosted my Halo TDM it usually brings in alot of players like your so I have plenty of experience administrating with large groups of players at one time. If a player is breaking the rules I will give them a warning and if they continue to break rules I will give them a suitable punishment depending on what they have done. I play Blockland daily meaning that I will attend the server daily to help out.

Let's say for example you wanted the player limit to 50.
In the console type:
$pref::Server::maxplayers=50;
Then:
webcom_postserver();
