Its just a Habbit. I Cant Stop I just type to Fast.

How is a habit to hold down shift every time you begin a word? It over complicates things and makes typing harder.

The video is just you moving your mouse around like seven screenshots with poor labels. One of the screenshots' captions was simply "I forget what this is called." I feel stupider just from watching that.
