Nothing was wrong with the halos themselves. It was more about the circumstances surrounding them. They caused a loving eruption of drama. Some people got banned for wearing them, others got banned for not wearing them. Some servers still have a strict policy regarding them. TF2 was engulfed in flame wars, all because 5% of the community used idling programs and the other 95% got a hat. A loving hat.
It was like The Sneetches, but with more angry fat kids yelling about pixels in a video game.

He added tiers of dirt, new ores, and some other minor features. Other than that, it's virtually the same. There's a lot of potential content that could improve the original, and Red_Guy added none of them.

I knew all of that. What I'm getting at is Red_Guy used the code without permission, which isn't right. And don't give me the "BUT HE GAVE CREDIT LOLO" argument. If no permission was given, it's stealing. Period.
