Alright, I started up my own server, same as usual. I was picking out my bricks when the game instantly went back to the title screen? What the forget? I did it again, same thing happened. Yet another bug for v20.

In "The Thing" when the main character says "forget YOU TOO!" and blows up. It is definitely my favorite line of the movie.

General Discussion / Contagion: Frozen

You float ashore a snowy, freezing island. Your makeshift raft is trashed, so you decide to burn it for heat. Not long after that, you doze off. You wake up a few hours later, panicking why you have fallen asleep. You know your wife and daughter are still on the boat, and they need the vaccine. Your daughter is infected. This is Contagion.

In Contagion you will experience clues, secrets, and obstacles that will test your physical and psychological limits.

Starting out

Your starting items will be your very own fists, and a crowbar. You will spawn on the Eastern side of the island.



Buildings/Structures

Throughout the island you will encounter observation outposts, a research lab, and abandoned cargo ships.



Enemies

They will all be "Lone-Wolf" type bots, meaning they will kill anyone they see. They are very aggressive, and you will have no virtual chance of defeating them. Try to avoid them.



Clues/Journal Entries

They will all be placed within a building or on a building. They will give you hints what to do and where to go.



Weapons

They will be scattered throughout the map, yet, very scarce.

Alright. Here's how this goes-

I joined Kqgqn's Apocalyptic RP server, and yeah, it seemed like a pretty good server. I spawned and everything looked pretty well thought out. I started walking around, and this popped up-

The admin cleared this one guys bricks, ALL of them. This guy was building something pretty loving awesome, and it really sucked cause the guy left right after that.

I then proceeded to get into a car, one the admins jumped in, and killed me (I didn't really give a stuff until the 20th time he did it)

Then for some odd reason, this one annoying guy (Mr Man1) who's been shooting me starting shooting again. I ran up to him, tried to shoot him, and pretty much failed and I died.
So, who the forget cares? The admin did. He kicked me a few times for "attempting to freekill". Heres a picture of why I was kicked-

I was kicked, when I was freekilled! Also, who the hell cares if someone is killed in an Apocalyptic RP!? So now, the admins started to mess with me. They started to kill me because I was "stepped on thier lawn". Then, I was kicked for literally no reason. Then I was kicked AGAIN! Here's a picture of it-

Ugh, don't you just hate people like this?

I'm Funk.

The Realms

In your epic adventure, you will encounter four very different realms. Here they are.

- The Highlands. This is a friendly place in which you will spawn in.

- The Blockobe Desert. It used to be part of the Highlands until a deadly drought.

- The Floe. A glacial area that will only greet you chilling hostility.

- The Ena Zemes. The poor souls who have marched this evil parcel have yet to return to their home.

Gameplay

Luckily for me, I learned how make interactive bots so you could enjoy your gameplay to the fullest.

The realms you walk upon will all hold a very different experience for you.

- The Highlands is a partially friendly place that can only welcome you with a feeling you are at home.

- The Blockobe Desert is a hot and arid place, which only gives you the mood of despair.

- The Floe is a tundra with only a couple people living there. Your only enemy is the climate. And a few snow monsters.

- In the Ena Zemes, everything is against you. Nobody lives there except hell.

As you can see, every realm will test your abilities.

Enemies

The Enemies consist of:

- Zombies. They swarm in the Ena Zemes and only a few roam the Highlands.

- Spiders. These creepy crawlies walk the Ena Zemes.

- Scorpions. They live in the Blockobe Desert. Obviously.

- Mites. They live in the Highlands.

- Bugs. You can find these in almost any realm.

- Worms. Only live in the Ena Zemes.

- Trolls. They are basicly found everywhere in the highlands. They are nuetral.

- Muggers/ Outlaws. Found in the highlands and blockobe desert.

- Snow Monsters. Where do you think they live?
Bots

The bots in the realms will all have different personality's. Here's how it will work.

- Some may require a toll for help.

- Some might just be nice and give you help for free.

- A few bots will heal you for a price at a medical station.

- In realms such as the Blockobe Desert, they can put you in great danger.

- In The Floe, they barely speak English, so you should never count on them.

Bots will be running shops, restaurants, bars, medical stations, all sorts of places!

Most importantly, some give quests!

Quests

Bots give them. Hurr.

Here's an example:

Person: My cousin went looking for Badspots treasure in the Blockobe Desert. He never returned. So please, fulfill his legacy and find the treasure.

As you can see, these quests can be hard (above).

Achievements

There is an achievement office in the Highlands. When you are there, you will see a list of achievements for each realm. Each realm with have its own room in the office.

I'm not giving any away, it's a surprise!

Beta

Soon, once I believe it is appropriate, there will be a beta. Of course, I will need testers. Here is their reward.

- Admin.

- A house.

- Weapons of choice.

- Coins (In the game).

- Respect.

I will announce when there is a beta.

The beta testers are:

- Wynd_Fox

- Fleskcherta.

No more slots available.
Housing/Realty system

Once you have enough achievements (you must claim them and I will gladly tally it) you can buy a bigger house or apartment. (You don't have to have a house)

If I'm afk or gone at the moment you got achievement, I will not tally it.

If there are a certain amount of players (Over 7-10), I will not tally it.

If I don't like you, I will not tally it.

Monetary System

Coins. Already mentioned it.

You find them, you earn them, you give them.

History

Last year(I think exactly a year ago) I made a server just like this. There were only achievements, no add-ons, and no bots. It was all operated by me. The server was up for ten minutes, and then I stopped. So now, I am redoing it and tweaking it and making it better than before!

P.S. I might need help with the rest of the build (Of course it's not done) so a WIP server will be up sometimes.

P.S.S. Ena Zemes is latvian for Shadow Lands.

P.S.S.S Floe is a synonym for glacier.

Oh, and the deadline is in 2 1/2 weeks. Hopefully before that. Trust me, i'm a fast builder. And please, don't be a bitch in the comments.

I need some help on this.

How would I get bots that stay in one place, and they could tell you something. Say like, the bot told me to get a coin to get past him, and when I give him his toll, he lets me through.

I also need to know how to get these bots.... DURRR

A cool idea just popped into my head.

Somebody should make an event that has fakekillbrick event, except when it falls onto a brick smaller than than the brick itself, it fakekills that brick. Also, if it hits a player, it would kill the player too.

Drama / Xanner strikes

Hey guys. Recently, Xanner, a well-known BL player, made fun of me and one of my relatives. Ok, so heres  how this started out. I was at a roleplay server,and Xanner joins. A few minutes after he joined it sounded like he was complaining to one of my freinds on the server. So, it kind of annoyed me of what he was doing so I said (quote) "Hey, Xanner, shhh." He exchanged a few words and told me he wasn't yelling at my freind. So I said (quote) "Oh i'm sorry I thought you were yelling at someone else. lulz" For some reason, Xanner was still pissed off, so he called me an autistic seven year old. Now, this really set me off. One of my very close relatives are autistic. I was really pissed. I told him that I take it to offense, yet, he kept calling me the previous name. I tried not to show my anger through the chat; I didn't curse, use caps, insults, anything that indicates my anger. He then emphasized what I said to him to me, like I was raging. I hope he understands that that was not a nice thing to say. Still, it might be his brother. So, keep going to his server... I guess. Do whatever you want. (BL NAME: Funk)
