Yeah, she was camping last weekend - got bit by something. She was given medicine for it, and has been feeling deathly sick. Wasn't sure if it was a bacterial infection; Lyme or anything so she decided to check it out. Blood tests and everything came back okay, nothing seems out of the ordinary. The medicine she was given for the bite probably had some bad effects since there was nothing in her body to apply it to. She is still feeling nauseous, and there is another test they recommend just to make sure; take some spinal fluid, so she is staying the night.

Lucky me, I live right down the street from the hospital, so I'm back. Going to open the role-play in a bit.

Haha, yeah - everything is fine. I'm just keeping my sister company while they do some tests. I've been here for five hours. Still no clue when I'll be back. Hopefully some of you guys are still around and ready when I am.

No, there is a password on it. The server is always up, it's a dedicated server. When there is a password on it, it is "closed" because there are no admins to moderate the role-play. When the password is disabled, the role-play is opened to anybody.

There is ammo all over the place, and so are guns. I like to role-play that they gunshots attract the infected in the surrounding hills, so my character avoids using the gun - and only in dire situations.

Rarely (I have only had to do this once) if there is a lot of commotion going on - for example The Wild Territory; lots of people, and lots of gunshots, I will wait a day or two in-game, and next time there is a whole lot of commotion I will send in a horde. It makes sense.

I'd like to submit a bit of a complaint.

My friend whose username is "super crazy wacko" was banned like 20 seconds after she joined the server because she didn't get the name rules.
Do you really expect people to read the join messages when there is a stuffload of text? No. No one does. An instant permanent ban is a bit harsh. She said something like "I joined and my screen was spammed with text so I just set a name" No one even gave her a warning, or anything like that. At least Lugnut and Electrik directed me so that I could RP in the correct fashion.
One of the admins was like "omg I really want to ban you right now" because I was defending super, and I hadn't even broken any rules.
wtf man. wtf.

Did she spawn and read the rules before she was banned? Usually if someone joins and instantly sets an inappropriate name, I ask them to change it/read the rules once they spawn.
Knaz, if you introduce melee weapons, are there going to be significantly less guns? It would make more sense to be honest.
