Children are not able to fall in love because of the huge number of variables at that point in their life, once you're past 16 or so then your hormones are settling down and your psychological changes are finalizing themselves, only past that point can you truly and accurately begin to feel or understand love

Which goes double for OP since his hormones haven't even kicked it yet!

Listen up, any relationship before high school YOU WILL REGRET.  Trust me on this.  They may seem like awesome and lovey while its happening but it changes in a flash. Girls will mess up your emotions pal.

I am sorry to hear that your parents divorced at such an early age in your lifetime.

Why does everyone here (save bisjac) think that to have a relationship you have to want to get married and buy a house and have two kids and grow old side by side in rocking chairs while a sun sets in the horizon.

Honestly, it doesn't matter that much.

You don't have to want to get married. It's just that we very much doubt the OP is in love, it will barely be a relationship.

Well OP seems to think he is in love, and that she loves him, but this "relationship" is not going to go anywhere. If they do, it will probably last two weeks and OP will be confused.
