If I download an addon and stick it in the folder it doesn't show up and if I take out an addon it stays in the select addon menu. please halp

I have seen on some servers that to buy a certain item you must have a certain amount of points. What is the command and is it an addon or series of addons?

I can't see the server owner while looking at the server list. If I remove RTB will I be able to see them again? If I need to remove RTB how do I go about doing so. halp.

This is a fun and easy drawing game. You basically say where you want the cube or dot to be and as a group make a picture. There are a few steps and rules to follow.
Instructions
1=Up
2=Right
3=Down
4=Left
Your "dot" may only move Three times.
an example would be: 1+3 (this would mean: up three)
Rules
(1) You can't move over three
(2) You can't go more than one direction (example: 1,2+3)
Current Drawing:
Enjoy.
