Okay how about this

stuffposting for more than four posts in the thread earns you a three day ban.

Continuing this offense after the first day ban earns you a week ban.

Continuing after the second ban is a permanent ban.
Way to be, Ike.
Only problem is that stuffposting has a kind of loose definition, so I'd say a specific number wouldn't be so fair. It's pretty uncommon that anyone would post exactly 4 stuffposts though, so it wouldn't be a problem. Or the definition of stuffposting could be clearly defined.
Thanks Ike and Luggage

You read me wrong. What I meant was that we know our limits. Nothing bad was intended towards you.
More than one post is too much. I may be hypocritical but maybe you guys will learn a thing or two from what I have to say. Worth a shot.
filling a whole 2 pages is a problem.
People have been scolded for much less than that. Just being fair here.

Warning - while you were typing 2 new replies have been posted. You may wish to review your post.

Don't be hypocritical. You stuff post as well.
"I may be hypocritical but maybe you guys will learn a thing or two from what I have to say. Worth a shot."
Plus I don't fill two pages.
Plus I think "Respect is earned" is a very important concept, so it's not completely stuffposting.
It's not this ":cookie:"

You seem to like to think that you're somehow in charge of the people who control whether you can even view and or interact with everything here (web servers, Blockland server, etc.) or not.
Not only is this a hilariously disturbing misinterpretation of being an Admin, but you act like you can push us around and tell us what our job entails.

Notice the text in bold.

Why are you telling us what we can or cannot do as Admins, more importantly, why are you telling us to appeal to you?

Sorry bud, but our job as Admins is to enforce and follow the rules that were set in place to create a proper Role-playing environment. We don't go around like a group of butlers asking you how we can make everything here exactly the way you want it.
There are different types of admins. I never said what you had to be, I just said you can choose what type to be.
Similarly, you tell the people in charge of you in this place to not do things or to do things (follow rules / don't get roostery) as if they don't already know that, or as if you have some kind of power over them.

You accuse people of being "roostery" or perhaps "up on their high horse",

Well look at what you're loving doing.
I'm not being roostery, I'm being fair. Joffrey obviously had a different idea of a stuffposting limit than Kniaz or any other admin ever showed. I was just informing him of what you would have.
There's a big difference between being roostery/feeling superior and trying to help. Honestly the stuffposting could have gone on 10 more pages. I don't need appreciation, but I sure as hell don't deserve to be attacked for it.

We know when to stop stuffposting, Kiro. No need to tell us every time.
Clearly you don't. You shouldn't even start it.
Just because you're an admin doesn't mean these rules don't apply to you. If anything you need to follow them closer than the rest of us.
Don't get roostery.

Lugnut, Electrk, Audax, Ceist or me.

The people who've been around for longer and do things.
Good!

Ike, you don't count.

Also, if Kniaz is 'gone' who's gonna deal with admins and such? (promotions, demotions, etc.)

Also, stop with this stuffposting. Cmon guys.

I feel like the only meaningful thing we can do besides love the guy -which we do- is to maintain Zombies in the Bluzone**'s excellency.

It's just something I say if someone is in bad health, I am not really religous anyways.

He is in my thoughts, and my being, because he is just awesome and deserves to be appreciated.

We should organize some sort of party/celebration for Kniaz. C:
Or make a statue of him and honor him by keeping the server great :)

Awdax and agree that Bluzone's probably too complicated currently.
I suggested things that I think would help to solve this, but I did it indirectly, so I don't entirely blame Awdax for not welcoming the ideas.
I usually try to make everyone happy, and the reason I was negative is because I was irritated at the conservative response I got. But like I said, I didn't approach the problems in the best way.

Making less areas and using environmental changes seems to meet both sides' desires, and I know a lot of other people want to revamp the zombies' damage system. I have no complaints on hosting anymore for irrelevant reasons.
If these two problems are addressed (the zombie damage system and the environmental changes) I'm sure changing the weapon damage would be very easy, and I would be overjoyed to help create a 'snowy version' of the map, or change tiny details from time to time. I'm a detail oriented person, and I excel at this aspect of building.
If they're not addressed, so be it. Bluzone's a fantastic server, and even if it never changes it will always please someone in it's greatness.

P.S.
Awdax, the fact that you're questioning your abilities rather than defending them is one of the greatest traits for a leader to have.
P.P.S.
Forgive me for assessing you as if I'm superior.

You know how Kiro tolk the pilot about his radio, and who it belonged to? Good job. He's probably going to sens out an order to ignore transmissions from that radio from now on.. Good job.

Im off to sleep, bue.
I know, I did that to hopefully spark a little bit o' flare into the RP ;)

Yet you guys always complain this isn't hosted enough.
Do you realize what you're even saying? We like the server, but it could be improved. You're fighting this as if I'm attacking you. It's weak.

I'm just voicing my opinion, even though I shouldn't since I'm supposed to provide a good example as an admin.
Yeah you really suck at this.

So we're talking about the role-playing aspect, but you want to focus on the gameplay piece that would affect the role-play a teeny bit. Okay, seems reasonable.
The philosophy I read here is "If a problem isn't big enough don't fix it"
Real good attitude for an administrator to have…

I'm not even going to bother with this.
This is also contrary to what an admin should think.
I'm not trying to attack you as a person, but I'm saying that as an admin you're arguing in the wrong way, for the wrong things.

Name me one game where the environment adapts like this in a big open-world. Then realize that you have one guy working this big build, with the occasional helper. You're asking for a lot here.
But he has an immense amount of people to help and support him.

Now this really stuck out to me. Nice job implying the admins won't appeal to "your desires."
I never said that. What I said was that it's your choice to tell us to shut up (which is what you (not every admin) specifically did)) or you can help us. Another way of saying I think you should help us. I didn't say that all of the admins are unhelpful, I said your response was an example of an unhelpful admin.

We know how to role-play, but you can only do it for so long in the same environment with the same people until it gets boring.
As admins you can either tell us to shut up and deal with it, or you can appeal to our desires, which is what being an admin is about. But whatever, it's your choice.

Personally I think Gammaton ruined it for me. I was really excited when it came out and stuff, but now it's hard to even find people to RP with without wasting half the time we have, which is already miniscule. If the environment changes we don't need new locations. A snowy version of the map (which someone has I think), buildings crumbling and staying fallen, broken pipeline, moving a car, moving sleeping bags, breaking lights, blocking windows, landslides, sinkholes, erosion, and above all, plants that overgrow everything.

I've put my input in on how to help the server
-change weapon damage on zombies and probably change their spawn locations
-have various forms of the build for different times and save after every session for small changes
-more admins and consequentially more hosting. (I'm not so sure if this would be all that good anymore… But it would certainly get people to shut up, and there would be more opportunities to have fun)
You can ignore it but you might lose some fans, or something else…
