If you want it to be more RP based you can give everyone 300 health. It's not very realistic but it makes deaths more dramatic and just has less frustration.

I actually don't think this is a terrible idea, but part of the environment/theme of the server is that there's a lack of safety and it's very tense. I'm hoping that actual player conflicts wont result in too many deaths, but if they do I might actually raise the health.

yeah and i meant furdle gives spo a bad name cus he literally goes around asking people to join like its a charity clan. it makes it seem like we accept anybody. its a relief he isnt in anymore.

Idk man, I just saw the poll but I guess it's too late for that time really. I think I'm busy tonight but I'm not sure.
I really want to host the pilot when at least 4 or 5 other good rpers are on. No one's really saying anything so I don't know. I might have to host next weekend.
The problem with setting a time is that I'm not sure if enough people/people who really want to play will show up. I dunno

i know how to roleplay and i read rules and stuff but it's not fun when you get outcasted because you aren't "pro" like everybody else i think what you should do is have an apocalypse but no zombies and people are very spaced out and you feel alone and stuff.

I was originally thinking to do something like that but being alone would be boring and there would be no roleplay. And you don't have to be a "pro" you just have to be good/competent.

it's the fact that we have had like 4 or 5 of these servers and they are basicly a circle-jerk of supr l33t roleplayrs.

Yeah I know what you mean there, especially regarding winterbite.
There was a lame focus on a few 'main characters' which wasn't fun for the majority of the players. I intend to keep roleplay simple and include anyone who can roleplay well. There will also be events that involve every player, or random players.
Believe me when I say I hate the idea of main characters in roleplay, but the thing is that there aren't all that many actual good roleplayers that play this game, and if you don't roleplay well you wont be included.
It's a pretty simple philosophy:
If you want to play this server you should know how/learn to roleplay well. If you don't want to do that then don't play the server.

No don't do this don't make it like every other big roleplay server recently.

Strict ass rules
it's not gonna be fun like when in winter bite they removed all weapons and the zombies would kill you and piss you off and ruin the fun

I really don't understand what you'd like me to change. If there weren't strict rules (and they're not even that strict really...) then it would just turn into a deathmatch with occasional stuffty roleplay that was just fighting and character deaths every minute.
Also zombies will be pretty rare as of now.
I used to hate hearing it, but you don't need guns to roleplay. They can help, but it's not a DM server it's a roleplay server. There will be weapons, but if you're looking to kill people or just use all of your time killing zombies and refusing to roleplay just find a different server I guess. I don't know what to tell you.

one of those servers where the rules are super strict and the map is only there for showcasing basicly zombies are just a road block and the roleplaying is the only part of the server that is really focused on and super strict and if you don't follow the rules you are perma banned or it's whitelisted and just isn't fun.

Well roleplay is definitely the main focus. I mean it is a roleplay.
But the bottom line is if you follow the rules and roleplay well you should have a great time. If you don't then it's not the server for you.
And the issue with zombies not being a threat is fixed with the NLR.

Are you serious? Like, why post that? Are you seriously giving me a hard time because I didn't join SPO? I'm not going to answer a guys question -hell, it wasn't even a question. He just flat out told me to show him the build. If he doesn't even care to ask nicely why should I give a stuff about what he thinks? I'm not going to become his bitch and just do what he says if he's an ass about it.
There's a gallery topic showcasing half the build, and I'll get around to posting the other half eventually but to me there's really no other way to respond to a post like that than forget yer mom tbh
