Is there a program like HMT (Halo map tools) that let you edit a weapon's attributes like damage, blast radius, force, distance, etc.?

Im want to try and make some add-ons but i dont know what program used to make them... please post some sort of link if downloadable off internet or give me the name of the program. TY

You can use Maya, Blender 3D (I think), Milkshape 3D... and Sketchup. You need the DTS Exporter too. I recommend Milkshape 3D.

If the folder is called base you put it in your main Blockland folder.
