ProBuilder, even if I know you're a total prick, I have to agree with you. Tommy brought this on himself.

Remember Tommy only builds the tower and noone else. This might be of entertainment for you all so sit down on the sidelines and watch as Tommy tries to attempt building the tower upside down in such way that it turns out to look like a stack of blocks stuck in Elmer's glue. :cookieMonster:

Okay Tommybricksetti, you come to my RTB server the other day saying that you are god and that you could build the Antenna Cradle by yourself and some other nonsense. First I give you the chance to replicate the Antenna Cradle on a clear map repitition and that is when you begin complaining about how you are more used to the Retail Building system and how the RTB system is is inferior. (It isn't trust me.) Thus, I created a topic in BLC on the silly little event where everyone is invited to come in make fun of your dumb attempts to try to "beat" me in a building competition.

http://www.blocklandcentral.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=999

If you say that you are "100" times better than me then you might as well complete these first of ten tasks. You will build the Eiffel Tower alone upside down in Retail Blockland without any help for your so called "peers". No interiors, no mapping, just building the structure, and the stucture will be upside-down.

I think this is fair game because I was challenged by Walker to build the Gherkin in London (for RTB)and it is already 70% done and it looks really close to the real thing. Now if you want me to believe your so called fairy tale of having a status of being the so called "ultimate builder", you should show up here within 30 days with a picture of the Eiffel tower in Paris upside down without a complaint or you will be forced to build the structure at a 45 degree slant. Don't even try to take a picture of the build and flip the picture around, because I will ask for the save file.

Have a nice day. :cookieMonster:

This is interesting because I was in my Antenna Cradle server and I gave him a clean "map repitition" so he would try to copy the build. Before that, he said RTB had the ideal building system for the cradle. After I gave him the challenge, he began to complain and he left the server, saying RTB sucked for building. I don't know what kind of challenge he wants. And Tommy, I clearly said it was three days (not three hours), it actually took four days but that was to put in some fences. Also Tommy, I am building the Gherkin from London as a challenge from someone in this community.

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Note: Its in offtopic becuase its RTB.

The following is my Antenna Cradle cops and robbers map, which takes place in the country of Cuba. Which is made after the Arecibo Observatory in Puerto Rico and the Goldeneye 007 map "The Cradle" This took four long days but the effort was worth it, it was a very fun map to play in, and I hope everyone liked it. Here are the people who helped out: (in pic)

Why in the HELL would we want to waste our time duplicating an RTB build to prove a point? It IS possible to build that in retail, yes (and if you doubt that you're a moron), but the time and effort it would take would be immense, and the outcome isn't worth it. Aside from that, the build isn't anything special anyway, the only thing it has going for it is its size, but what the build boils down to is just stretchy stretchy lattices.

You could use another method that is visually appealing for the attices.

The differences between Retail and RTB are clear, and to compare them would be idiotic; the games are totally different from one another. Go play RTB if you want to build realistically, play Retail if you want to build with LEGOs.

It's a challenge, you don't have to do it.

Oh and I read like 1/4th of the thread so if it wasn't already an RTB vs. Retail war I guess I just started one :/.

NINJAEDIT: ProBuilder you're a friend.

Your statement is false, no evidence to back it up.

SLOWEREDIT: What the hell, his build doesn't even look like the real thing. Hey buddy, why don't you focus on actually building yours ACCURATELY before you start flaunting the build like you're Jesus Christ.

I use the orginal photos to see where the stuff is located, I build it with modifications so that it is usefull in C and R and to improve the composition to however I wish.

EVENSLOOOOWEREDIT: Hey Wedge you seem to enjoy researching. Remind me to come to you if I need homework help :D.

I'm not going to keep responding to this bullice cream. I will only respond to questions that are logical. I will also give some advice upon request.

You are allowed to map.

Wedge's and Badspots' posts did have a meaning, perhaps you simply fail to see it.
Anyway, I've won yet another argument. :cookieMonster:
I should create a counter of some sort.

I got to comment on this one...some sense, but really handicapped. This is funny...

If you won the argument, wheres the build?  :cookieMonster:

What are you trying to prove? I don't have to reply to Wedge's posts, waste of my time, I'm telling you, since I assume you're one of the people who are leading this operation, or whatever, to go help with the build, so it could come out right, this is not a challenge of arguments, rather, a challenge of building. Now if you're going to keep on arguing, I'm going to sit here and enjoy the site of you barking at the wall, or, in other words, ignore any posts that have no meaning whatsoever.

Reply to wedge you cowardly monkey.

Again, the name calling, illogical position and statement.

Instead of arguing here, seeing that it makes no difference, perhaps you should help your friends build the Antenna Cradle. I will provide a friendly critique (and judgement)  on the build, so no more arguing, and get it done.

dont. Its not worth it if hes going to act like this.

I have a better idea.

step 1) find out his id
step 2) ban him from every [good] server
step 3) point and laugh
step 4) watch him yell things like "OMG IM GOD"s
step 5) point and laugh
step 6) another session of "probuilder is god" with your host "cigarettebuilder"

Your position in this discussion is shaky, thus, you give an illogic statement by namecalling, hiding your "illogic" position. It's the oldest and most disfunctional trick in the book.

In this argument, I look at you as if you were a circus monkey, and you should now be aware that the person I got the ID from was the not the user of the ID I used, that somebody who I shared the ID with was upset and told me not to use it anymore. So if you ban me for no reason you make yourself look like a fool. Perhaps I don't go into a server acting like an idiot like you do, giving people strange names because that is they only thing you know how to do. Don't you have anything more intelligent to say besides "cigarettebuilder"? Or not, I am still tempted to buy the silly game and get this ID buisness over with. But make no mistake, if you persuade everyone to ban me from all the so called "good" servers, without me commiting an infraction, you'll pretty much make yourself look like a... how do you say... "noob". I'm just giving you some advice, because, it will make you look bad. I don't really mind if you do, but then again, it will make you look bad, and tell your friend to fix his or her spelling.

Like I said, someone just make a brick of it and we will place it somewhere. Then we will laugh. and have cake.

I said a million times you can't model it, you have to build it by hand.

In addition to this, I'll bet you by the day someone gives me a Retail key, that I will build the Antenna Cradle and it would look more or less likes it's RTB counterpart.

You may also want to compare your replies of that topic to this one. First you say it is a very good build with an educated response but here you go berserk and say that it sucks with a little bit of name calling... shame on you. :cookieMonster:

Nobody gives a flying rat's ass about your post either. My challenge, follow the rules, or you're invalidated. And you're little crappy attempt at a great build will go down in history as a failure.  :cookieMonster:
