Wait for an open spot, however, in some rooms, they have queuebots that automatically kick people off the stage after they play a certain amount of songs.
What do those thumb buttons do?
The red one is to "lame", it will not subtract points, but if the majority of a room lames, the song will be skipped. The green button, or the "awesome" button, gives the current DJ a point, which unlocks avatar levels as they earn more points (points are never subtracted).
Stars and Hearts?
A star coming from a person indicates that they became a "fan" of the current dj, a heart coming from a person indicates a "snag", which means they added the song to their own tt.fm playlist(s).

But anyways, looking back on the past (July 2011), stuffposting like that was a bad idea, and I hope to fix up the bridges I may have broke.
Edit: I'll leave a hint, it involved my internet going at the speed of painis and there should still be evidence of me loving up and blowing my real identity in the MLP megathread.
