This can be done right here if you have an old PC case (An old computer you don't use anymore that you can take the stuff out of and just use it's case), and peripherals (mouse, keyboard, monitor, ect). I usually am a supporter of building your own computer. But this seems decent for the price (You won't be able to upgrade it without replacing the power supply, though).
