I was browsing the forums as I do in the bathroom and decided to make a post
After my move out here life has been much different and much better. I've been in better shape due to eating Lizzys food, she can cook like a chef. Much better than junk food along side us getting out and exercising at the park.
In November my gray brick of a van I drove out here finally crapped out, however we replaced it with a 2020 hyundai accent. I love it almost as much as Lizzy loves her tamagotchis I got her
A lot has happened since I got out here but I don't feel like typing it all out so I mentioned the highlights. How's life everyone?

Help / Server port issues

Me and my fiance have been trying to get his server to work, it works perfectly fine when he's at his house and it usually works perfectly fine when he's elsewhere. The server originally allowed everyone but him to join, now the server is completely dead. When trying to join the server it shows that the port is 28001 even though it's set to 28000.
This is a dedicated server as well, we've never had to port forward before and it allowed people to join yesterday.
We've tried enabling and disabling uPnP, and changing the port. We tried to get to the router settings to look there but weren't able to.

Help / Issue with bots and preferences showing.

I have a couple of issues:
1. I turn 'keep bots' on for some of my bots, they still disappear after I leave my server.
2. Most preferences in Glass won't show up. (Autosaver, and some other various stuff)
I've tried disabling and enabling addons for the Glass problem, as for the bots problem I have no clue where to begin.

Here I am again, early as usual. What is this?
This is a server based off of Badspots Halloween Block-Party which has been shutdown since 2014. Since then I've been hosting in his place, and here I am again.
The concept is same as always, a Halloween themed terrain build for players to explore and build on. May your imagination run wild as you build your spooky attraction!

Help / Disconnecting while saving on dedicated server

I'm having an issue with my dedicated server where if anyone else saves it'll disconnect them before their game finishes saving, I can save just fine being the host.
I figured it was the game assuming they had no connection due to their client locking up for too long. I tried finding a solution but no luck.

I held off on making a thread for a while. Now it's time I do.
Over the past very long time my uncle has been throwing temper tandrums where he begins throwing stuff and threatening to kill everyone. Last night he threw a large knife through our bedroom door and said he was going to murder everyone in my family. We called the cops and he said it was a shoe, bullstuff. There is a hole in the door and I have the knife he threw. Were pressing charges but because of that WERE being kicked out. He's still getting to stay.
Why my grandpa chose the lazy guy who tries to murder everyone over the people who keep everything safe I don't know but now I'm stuck in the same house as him until we find a new place. I'm sitting back in my room with the rifle loaded incase anything happens, I've had it loaded since he threw the knife first time last night.
My grandpa is mad at me for bashing my uncle with my cane after he threw a chair at someone who was trying to confront him. The person confronting was the father of one of the kids who nearly took a 6-7in knife to the gut, had he not shut the door he would have been killed. Sure, get mad at me for trying to save someones ass, forget off grandpa. I hope you loving rot up here without us
