I'll agree with this, some of the sonas that people make are just ridiculous. Like the one above.

Holy forget, someone made someone happy in a completely harmless way. We all know that the guy in that suit is an awful man!

the fact that you take me, not liking a grown man dressing up in a dog suit and getting pet by a little boy, as a personal attack on you seems like it says something.again, im not even bringing every other furry into this. besides, sharing an optional label with a group of people kinda associates you with them.
So sharing a label = being the same?
Some humans murder, I guess that means we are all murderers?

ITT: People looking for the bad parts of something to make a point.
Everything has its bad parts, you're just being a child because someone likes something you don't.

they don't know what perverts are hidden underneath
That goes for anyone, period. As far as you know that guy you walked past in the store the other day was actually a Flash Mober.

this isn't cringe for me, but it might be for the furries of this forum.
The only thing that's cringy is the ignorance. What is the difference between someone wearing a mascot suit and a fursuit? Aside from the fact that one guy is getting paid for it.

Badly made suits with people who can't perform wearing them is just awful, makes me wonder why they bothered. Waste of money unless you get a good one and will do more than just stand there.

i fail to see what a fursuit is promoting, or in what spirit they are dressing up as animals for.
Who says they have to promote something? Is it illegal to do what you want?

"Ogm furrees!" is why. That's basically it. What is happening in that picture is not much different from a mascot at a fairgrounds playing with someone.

Out of curiosity, has anyone here ever been petted? I saw something about this in another topic and I was just curious if anyone here has had that experience, or at least seen it.

The first time for me was when I was at a Johnny Rockets near FurCon. I have a fluffy dragon tail I wear around, and in this case it was sticking out the side of my seat as not to squash it. A toddler then came up and started petting it. The mother looked concerned, either that her son was going to mess up my tail or that he was near one of those weirdos who like mascots. But it was still an interesting experience.
She was probably worried that you would mind.

Must be your area, I never have issues with FedEx or UPS. The postal service here also has no issue with delivering boxes.

Still no word as to whats happening but I'm going to keep my head up, this happened with my uncle as well so I'm confident that things will be okay. Thanks for taking the time to click. I was a nervous wreck earlier.
Everything had hit me all at once.
