You make sure the valve is on the highest point possible. You remove the valve, put a funnel, fill the wheel with sand, put the valve back, and fill with air up to your desired pressure.

Ah, makes sense. Now how does one get the sand out? Just remove the rubber from the rim?

When I turn headphone virtualization or whatever on it works on both sides but the left/right thing plays audio on both sides.
Or is it just some windows audio effect thing or whatever?

It's safe to say that tony intentionally leaves out the source until you get pissed on him, then he pulls the "i had the link the entire time" card and makes others feel bad
