Ive had experience with them and they are far from terrible.

My experience with them was awful, long wait times, always on hold, a bunch of bullstuff overall.

Man, my car is thrashed. I've only had my new tires and brakes for under a year, but they're both demolished. She's out of commission until I get new brake pads, rotors, and tires. It's also possible I have a seized rear right caliper that causes the brake to be always engaged just a little bit, but all my brakes are toast anyway. Today I just picked up some Project Mu brake pads and StopTech rotors and I'll be ordering the tires soon. Poor car had too much fun and has to take a rest.

As a mechanic in training I can safely say your camber is off, I'm not sure if you meant it to be that way or not.
