also to clarify:
there are 4 public worlds, but world 1 has slightly different rules than the others
in world 1 all the rules apply, and you can't kill/antagonize other people
in the other worlds, all the rules apply except you can kill people

- Do not trap unwilling players. Examples include but are not limited to: holding an unwilling player for an extended period of time, leaving an unwilling player on a cliff they cannot get down from, or forcibly keeping a player in a den.

If you witness a player breaking a rule:

- Obtain a screenshot or other method of proof that clearly shows the player breaking a rule
- Request that the player cease the rule-breaking action
- Remember that attacking another player in W1 is not allowed, even if the player you are attacking has broken a rule themselves or has otherwise wronged you
- If you feel it necessary, post a report on the WEO forum in the World 1 City Call board. Reports should contain a description of the situation, proof of the reported player breaking a rule, and the reported players ID in order to be effective.

only like 5% of it is actually interacting with people though
especially considering there's no global chat, or nametags without hovering over people, so basically it's impossible to find real people unless they're running around the map going "AAAAAAAAAA"
