I out of sudden decided to make a topic about this to spark some possibility of new and fun weapons to play with.

Bucket O' Blocks

A bright red Bucket full of blocks,it's purpose is to throw some random colored blocks infront of you for protection against enemy fire, you can make 3 piles of blocks before the bucket gets empty.

Radioactive Thrower (don't mind the screenshot, it's just for design ideas)

A radioactive weapon that "melts" (by melting I mean fake kill) blocks or enemies infront of you, it's like a flamethrower, but radioactive, you can make a hole on the wall to pass through, but since it's fake kill, the blocks will respawn shortly after, and it can infect the floor for a short period of time, touching it will instantly kill the player.

I had other ideas in mind, I'll keep updating this once I figure out something cool, feel free to suggest as well.

Ever since the original CVS mod got released, it had several suggestions to give it more features in updates, but sadly it's script is messy, and hard to edit out and give it more things, my plan is to start from scratch, and make a successor to this mod that has more features, a better UI, and more, the features I have in mind are:

- Save presets, just like the avatar customization GUI with it's line of presets on the top that you can save and load, same thing could be done for vehicles, there could be a client sided file that saves the presets for each individual car, so let's say you save several presets for a sports car, only that car will have them, you won't be able to load those presets on other vehicles, unless you make presets for the other cars.

- Better UI, better color selection and sliders, better and bigger icons, and maybe a 3D view of the car model.

- Save a custom preset for the car on it's spawn brick, the mod could provide the player a event command, that could work like this.
OnVehicleCustom > Vehicle > LoadPreset, by clicking load preset, it could open the CVS GUI, then you can customize the car, and it will be saved there, so the car will always spawn with the same preset, even when you save and load the build later, not sure if it could be done, but it would be awesome.

- Sub selections, you know how when you're customizing your player, once you give it a hat, it unlocks the accessory box so you can add plumes or visors right? How about do something similar for vehicles? Let's say you give a car a rally front bumper, once that is selected, it unlocks the foglights option, so you can add in some rally foglights that only works with that bumper, it can't be added in without it.

- Performance Changes, this one is more complicated and it might bring invalid packet issues, but I want to share this anyway, let's say you change the hood with one that has a bigger V8 engine that pokes out in the middle, it could boost the top speed and acceleration stats of the car

- Wheels, in the beta of the original CVS, players could be able to change the wheels of their cars, but it was scrapped since the way it was scripted, you could see cars with invisible wheels, and giving most players a lot of invalid packet issues forcing them to leave the server, but I do wish if there was a clean and properly working way to bring this feature back, so we could add wheels with different attributes for the car, better grip better drifting.

- A Version with unlockables or prices, a cool idea that was requested before, is to allow hosts to enable a pricing system for the CVS menu, players do races or jobs, get money, and they can buy parts for their cars, each part could have it's respective price, the prices could the chosen by the host.

- Be able to toggle the CVS mod via event, like that event I suggested earlier, there could be another one that prevents other players from changing the visual of the car by toggling it on or off, when it's off, the CVS GUI won't pop up once you aim at it and type the /garage command

Suggestions & Requests / Simplified/Limited Vehicle Spawn Brick

Let's say you're hosting a racing minigame or gamemode, but you want to allow players to select the vehicle and it's color easier, I thought of the following, a modified vehicle spawn brick with a custom UI, that allows only the car selected by the gamemode/host in the list, with that the player can't choose something that is not fitting for the race (Example: You can event the brick choosing which vehicles can be spawned in, the ones which aren't chosen won't show up in it) And a button for Color, choosing a color from the colorset of the server, and maybe if possible, allowing the player to use the RGB Sliders to create a color for the car, once it's done he press Spawn and the vehicle is ready to use.

If possible I'll try to make a UI concept in here later, but I saw that guy who wanted to make an updated version of the speedkart gamemode, and I believe having this as an option would simplify things, so you don't have to event every single button and color bar on that wall next to you incase you want to add more karts. (I did that before when I hosted the speedkart gamemode with one new kart, and it was hell to event every single brick, in every single spawn, in every single track, just to add an extra kart)

We all know how dodgy the vehicle physics can get if you drive on roads like this.

The transition between slates can somehow not be smooth enough and turn it into a bumpy ride, so what if there could be a pack of slate ramps? A ramp the height of a slate, that can fill in these gaps between slates, giving it a way smoother transition and avoiding any possible glitch that can happen, it can also make it look better too, I can provide an example later if it's hard to understand.

Blockland United (As previously called Blockland's 10th Anniversary Revival Project) Is a clan to unite the talented people in this community to contact each other to create new content for the game, whether it can be add-ons, servers, gamemodes, builds and more.



This is a new clan in the hopes of gathering talented users of the community that hates to see the direction the game is going, we all know that Blockland can fade away one day, but to avoid that, it's only by the community to decide, our plan is to unite the players to create new content, making the game interesting to play again.



In here we will gather up the best ideas from the community about how we could make the game more alive.

- Since a lot of the player base have little to no knowledge in eventing, coding, building and so on, we could provide more Gamemodes that fulfill the type of server that each player wants to host, Deathmatches, Racing, Freebuild, RP's and others, they could have different maps built and ready to work with the scripting of the gamemode, and it will be easy for a new player to download and host, it's a good way to give more variety for the player base that has little to no knowledge yet about content creation, builders, eventers and coders could gather up to make this happen.

- More videos to advertise these new contents and servers could be made, if a viewer sees that he will know that there is something interesting to see out there in the game that's new and fun, so he could go there and try it out himself.

- Share about the game more with your friends, but before that, it's important to prepare the game with interesting and new content to let the player invested in the game.

I can't quite find the link for it, it was a more serious tone video, about a guy diagnosed with cancer I believe, and he had a friend which picked him up sometimes in a green hummer, I don't remember much details or who did it, but there was voice acting in it, does anyone know about it?

Honestly, anything you can say or not can label you as a biased person in some way, or even by having a snake automaticly makes you a rapist or loveist by the feminists, people nowadays are getting incredibly sensitive over the smallest things, it the cast of a series don't have a black person in it or they die after a few episodes the director is tribal, if you're a man and finds a girl attractive you're a rapist, ir you're straight, you're homophobic, if a black person is stopped by the police for even an actual crime, it's racism.

What happened? I'm seriously concerned about how things are going, and I believe it will only get worse, why is it so hard for a comminity to respect each other regardless of the differences, we're all human beings after all.

Just my luck, I ran into another problem on my computer that started this last week, it was running fine but then the day after, the computer started to freeze on the loading windows screen, that one with the windows logo in the middle and a black screen, that or it turns off by itself aftee a while, and rarely it could load up on windows just fine, just so it could freeze again and maybe later get a BSOD, I really have no idea what's happening, I ran to a couple of chkdsks but the problem still persists, the BSOD I get says memory_check_exception, but I did a memtest and nothing showed up either.

I bought a windows 7 64bit professional disk just like mine incase it can be useful at something, does anyone have a clue what could be causing this headache?

I apologize if the topic title is confusing but I've noticed something weird with the game, if you drive a vehicle further from the center of the slate map, the physics can tend to glitch a lot more, it's more noticeable if you collide on other cars, and that can be a problem if you're working on a big map, not sure if that is a thing that happens with the server or not.

I installed a new graphics card on my computer, yes I removed the old one and it's drivers with the DDU program, then I went to safe mode to install my new graphics card driver, but after that when I boot up to normal mode the loading windows screen gets stuck and won't load after that, I tried cleaning up the video drivers again and it does the same thing.

I was using a cheap Nvidia geforce 8300 gs as a temporary replacement and I installed a new GTX 750 Ti
