If you see what they did with Minecraft 360 you can see that it may in-fact be possible, the only things that are bad about that though is, 1. awkward building, 2. new engine type, and 3 limited multiplayer.

Blockland is only for computers, why Badspot would waste time, and money, to make a version with lot's of less features of Blockland for consoles?
