General Discussion / How did Blockland improve your life?

Well for me probably, I've learned a lot more on how to speak and type in english, I was completely terrible before I joined the game, I know my english is still not perfect and I have a lot more to learn, but I am really glad for the community, even on they weird way, and this place, believe it or not, is a great place to find a way to get more maturity.

I also learned to do 3D modelling and video editing, without this game I've would never learn how to do those two things which they can help me somehow in an important job I believe.

So, did Blockland improved your life style skills, talents or anything else?

I think it'd be useful in both situations, and obviously a dragster would include a lot more gears in it so players can concentrate on just shifting, they only have to go straight. I think a shifter kart would be great with like 2 gears in it, and you don't even need a reverse really now that I think about it, unless you want to replace your backwards key with the "downshift" key, include a reverse gear, and keep your left-click as up-shift.

Dude, I already explained why I can't do such thing.

I know it's fake but if this thing could have a secondary Circle Pad it could be a potential cheap controller for the Wii U, that could work as a tablet controller for the second player.

Filipe, would you ever think about making some kind of shifter-kart? You could like shift through the gears by clicking to shift up or your light key to downshift? Like say the kart has 2 gears + reverse, starting out in first gear would get you up to speed but then you'd have to shift eventually to go faster, and you could be able to tell when to shift by the sound of the engine. But you couldn't start out in 2nd gear without it taking a long time to get up to speed. Obviously you would have to downshift to 1st gear to go around tight corners, making it an actual skill to drive. Speedkarting could be much more about racing each other, than worrying about timing jumps and stuff that isn't very realistic. You could have actual circuits and stuff with no ramps or anything fancy, and it could actually be a matter of who's a better driver, not who can go over jumps and ramps the quickest with a go-kart.

I have no idea how to script that sort of thing and I don't think Blockland needs that ammount of realism added in a kart, it could be a lot more useful for a dragster instead.

Also just read the OP in a long time.  I thought the Club was a Mini Cooper, and the Omni was a Fiat.

The Club is a VW Golf MK6 and the Omni is an electric car called Think City
