Off Topic / Nvidia GTX 980 or 970

I feel like it's a really stupid question to ask, but should I go for the 980 or 970? There's a bit of a price gap between them from what I can tell, but what I'm wondering is if I'll still get good performance using the 970?

What I'm looking to do is boost my FPS for GTA V. Right now, I average about 35-50 frames.

So, at my school we have a set of around 9 or 10 handheld radios that we use to go out on campus and play a game on. We always play the same thing, which is radio hide and seek. Recently, we added the rule that whoever gets found becomes a seeker with the original seeker.

Frankly, this gets a bit repetitive at times, but it's still fun.

I wanted to know your ideas on games we can play with an entire high school campus and 10 handheld radios.

Could anyone recreate that one gamemode where everyone had a stunt plane and blocks were placed as they flew. If a plane hit a block, then it blew up.

Upon firing goes "click-clack" "rawket lawnchair" and then shoots out a fast moving lawnchair that insta kills on hit and has a debris effect

It's based on the rocket Lawnchair made in GMod.

I need an event that sets it so when a team touches a capture point, it neutralizes it instead of capturing it.

Or, i need an option in slayer that doesn't let a certain team win by capturing points.
