Off Topic / Computer build question once again

Alrighty, I know this is the third I've made, but me mum thinks this is better cuz she doesn't have to build it. I know someone that is willing to build the other computer I found.
Moms build. My build (it already has a cooling fan, but I haven't included it on the site.

So, forums. Which is more bang for my buck? I still think my build is better because it's more for only 100 more.

There are two mods. One plays the wasted sound and displays it center of your screen. The other makes your death in slow motion when you die. Can anyone combine these two mods together so it becomes a gta v styled death?

I was thinking there should be different types of smoking tools in blockland. Here is my list:

-cigarettes: When smoked, it will change your FOV rapidly like the syringes mod does. It would also take away health from you. I was thinking it should take away 5 health every 10 seconds. The effect lasts 30 seconds, totaling up to a health loss of 15.

-cigars: When these are smoked, they will give you a special bonus effect of dealing double damage to others. They would change your FOV like the cigarettes would. However, since they will give you a bound effect, they will take away 10 health at the first smoke, then 5 every 3 seconds. The effect would only last 15 seconds, meaning the total health lost will be 35.

-pipe: The whole system would work like the cigars, except the bonus effect would be double defense against other people damaging you. The only difference in damaging side-effects would be 3 damage every 3 seconds in 15 seconds. This adds up to 25 health loss.

-bubble pipe: This pipe is just for fun. When smoked, it shoots a bubble emitter at a slow pace forwards. If the bubble hits someone, it will make their screen flash white and make the person lose 1 health per second. The effect would last 5 seconds.

So there's my request. I hope these four smoking items get made into blockland.

I need some events that are onProjectileHit(teams 1-6). Basically, they are like the player touch and player activate events with the team thingys, except its projectile hit. I need it so I can do prop hunt so only the hunters get hurt when they fire at a prop instead of both the props and hunters getting hurt.

Hi.

Just would like the dual weapons from an iOS game called Minigore 2. I am craving dual weapons for blockland since I feel there is a lack of them. The shotgun, machine gun, m60, sheep launcher, etc. is what I'm looking for. This is the list of weapons. I would post pictures of them, but I still don't know how.

Someone needs to apply the flying wheeled jeep script to the default horse.
It would be cool if it also had a rainbow emitter shooting out of the back.

Suggestions & Requests / Duel Welding Two Different Weapons

I thought it would be cool to have a shotgun in one hand and in the other a pistol or an smg. I thought this would be pretty badass if it was made. Also, have left click fires the gun in the left hand while right click fires the gun in the right hand. If you guys would have problems, I would suggest also ripping the script for the fists from the TF2 melee pack because you can do left and right click to fire each of the fists.

Help / VCE not working

Ok, so I was making a Mystery Box. It works perfectly. The only problem that I have run into is the points system. When I put the event: OnActivate>self>ifVarible> <var:cl:score> == 0
, it works fine.
But when I change the 0 to 950, the == to >=, and add a line that takes away 950 when detected true, it always doesn't work. I rank up atleast 950 points from killing bots, but when I try to use the box, I doesn't work unless I have it to zero.
So, does anyone know how to fix this? I really need the points to work.
