I am having problems with the blender program. I have downloaded the latest version python, the latest version of blender, and the latest version of the .dts exporter. I have installed the files into Blender>2.64>scripts , and the exporter still doesn't show up on blender, someone please help.

Asking for admin does NOT give you admin on most servers, only to people who will give out admin for no reason, which means they don't care if they have their server destroyed by a noob. You can't have admin instantly, especially on famous servers. You must have a very good reason.

It would be weird if you type something in like "/boing" and then hear a ball bounce...It's like, "Whats the point of using it? I can just play the sound on the brick!"
Edit: I can have funny noises, as long as they are not annoying, but that will be a different add-on.

There will be. I will put a flood protection on them. If they use it too much, it will say, "Your talking too much" They have to wait at least 5 seconds to use it again. I will put 2 seperate downloads incase some people dont want a flood protection.

There are 8 commands of different voices.
Other people on the server can hear it if they are close enough to you.
This is now a private add-on, and will only be released to certain people.
These are the commands:
/no
/thanks
/love
/girl *My favorite one*
/sparta
/younuts
/youkid
/youok
