can an unreliable and inconsistent throttle response be related to the throttle sensor being on the way out? car literally cut out today on the highway to the put where we had to stop on the hard shoulder and put the hazards on. turned the ignition back on and boom can rev up to the redline easy. also, if I make sure not keep the pedal in the same place (aka thrashing the car/accelerate all the time, not cruise), no issues... last time i had the obd reader in i swear one of the codes was to do with the throttle sensor too, perhaps i just answered my own question haha. e-maxx pls provide your wealth of knowledge i'm more of a bike mechanic tbh lol

Back in the day tachometers used to come in jars.
but can it rev up to 12k? I THINK NOT  :cookieMonster:

yep i give his account 1 week until the delayed vac hits it  :cookieMonster:

bump cause valve implemented some pretty hefty changes to vac, meaning that cheating is kinda finished.

vacnet which brown townyzes demos and automatically ques them into overwatch + new vac module which is streamed to clients who have a low trust factor, and detects almost all internal cheats (even private ones and pastes).

so he's in jail for a different crime

Technically yes. But instead of giving him a fair trial for what has happened here, they charged him with breaching the peace. This meant they didn't have to go to trial for a second offence, as breaching the peace invalidated his suspended sentence conditions.

I'm still slightly unsure about why they specifically charged him with breaching of the peace, because they could have charged him with contempt against the court, and that might have revoked his probation too.

22
That's literally what has happened, due to his previous conviction where he got a suspended sentence. That's why they arrested him under breaching the peace, because they knew that would invalidate his suspended sentence conditions, and they could throw him in jail.

He is a fool and should have been more careful, I do not disagree with that.

You still have a completely wrong idea. A judge has sent him to prison for 13 months. I don't know which judge it was, although it is most likely the one that gave him a suspended sentence for his previous "Contempt against the Court" offence. He isn't going to have a future trial. He is in prison, and the judge has made the decision. The media should be allowed to talk about it. But they aren't, because the they can't, and because it's easier for the Government to keep a gag order in place so the general population know less about it.

If Tommy Robinson wasn't live streaming, he would have just disapeared, and we would have never known about him being arrested/going to prison in the first place. Doesn't this concern you in the slightest?

You seem to have no idea what is going on, although I don't blame you because it's hard to find any information on it. He HASN'T had a trial. He has been put in prison for 13 months, for the sake of loitering outside a court, and "breaching the peace". He isn't going to have a trial. Your statement "It doesn't actually make sense for someone to be sentenced to prison and not have a trial. That's just like, authoritarian autism" is exactly what has happened. You say there is a jury that will be influenced, except there is no jury.

You have seemingly confused the trial that he was standing outside of (aka the trial for the "alleged" Islamic love offenders) with your imaginary trial, that he isn't going to have. That trial with the Muslims has a gag order, fair enough (I've explained why in my debunking post). His imprisonment (which is it's own separate thing) has had no UK media attention, due to another imposed gag order, which is censorship.

Another example:

That link on Google used to lead to a article written by the Hull Daily Mail dicussing his imprisonment in Hull Prison. The link now 404s.
https://www.hulldailymail.co.uk/news/hull-east-yorkshire-news/former-edl-leader-tommy-robinson-1612623

This gag order is preventing any UK media from discussing what is going on in regards to his prison time. This isn't to unbias a jury, there is no jury. The BBC has deliberately not mentioned it, with the past few days being an obsession with the Irish Abortion referendum.

Perhaps read my ramblings on the topic which is now in the OP, that clears up everything.

lol he didn't "place bacon outside a mosque", first of all, he broke into the mosque, and was charged for vandalism + a hate crime, which it was (if you would sit here and pretend it wasn't racially motivated then you are lying to yourself). he was also, apparently, armed, the charge for which was dropped as part of his plea deal. furthermore, it wasn't his first offense, with several convictions for burglary, theft, DUI, and drug possession. 15 years is definitely a bit much, but it's not like he was just a poor innocent little boy
As it turns out there have been two bacon related mosque incidents (one in America, which is the one you are referring too). The one I was referring to happened in the UK, and because their search results are back to back, I confused the sentences. The one I was referring to was 12 months, I apologize for that aspect of the confusion.

The one I was making reference too involved a fella leaving bacon outside a mosque, and also leaving a variation of the St George flag with the words "no mosques". It's still racially motivated, but the guy didn't deserve to die in prison, and 12 months is still too harsh.

Anyway, this is besides the point. The fact of the matter is that Tommy Robinson is at risk at prison, even much more so than that guy.

if tommy robinson goes to jail for something as absolutely insignificant as this unless he gets put into solitary confinement there is a good chance he's not going to come back out considering how much he has criticized islam
This is true. The guy that placed bacon outside a mosque (and got put in prison for 15 years 12 months (sry i confused the sentences)) was killed in prison, no doubtably by someone who was perturbed by his sandwich production actives...

27
Except he hasn't had a trial (for this particular offence), he was never going to have a trial. And his status as a right wing figure is almost exactly what has given him a 13 month sentence. Last year he got a suspended sentence (basically nothing) for "Contempt of court". He did the same thing again (cause he is kinda stupid), and got thrown in jail for 13 months. This is not the appropriate response.

There are two issues here. Blatant media censorship, and the fact that UK government has just demonstrated you can get 13 months for live streaming outside a court building (it's not a good idea to to do it in the UK anyway, if I did the same thing I'd probably get a police warning. However, the point stands.).

28
Robinson reported on something he shouldn't have in the same way a media outlet shouldn't. Wikipedia's tellin me he's a writer for some site called The Rebel Media, and if he's livestreaming outside the court, and if he's a journalist... seems to me like he broke the law.
Even if you wanna go down that route of discussion (which you can't anyway because he was arrested for "breaching of the peace", a completely unrelated offence which is the type of stuff the police normally arrest drunks in the street who are shouting), it still doesn't justify putting him in prison for 13 months with no trial and no defense, and hushing it up so barely anyone in the UK knows about it.

EDIT: Contempt of court is the offence you are referring too.

I'm going to try to clear up everything in thread in regards to what is going on. I also happen to live in the UK (well, chappters and eggstaticeggplant do too but they seem to be pro censorship for some reason lol), so I can actually kinda tell you what the media is discussing. I do hope my post trying to clear this up doesn't get buried tho, somehow whilst I was typing this the thread went completely off topic :panda:. Mathew pls read this and put it in the op if you want idk lol.

TL;DRing it, basically a while ago a large gang of Muslims (30 ish) where found by police to be allegedly raping young children. And because the UK tries it's best to maintain being a democratic country, we let them stand trial, instead of instantly throwing them in the slammer (because of this, we must use the term "allegedly" when we refer to these rapists, however the general population kind of knows that they did commit the offences.). However, because there where so many, we couldn't slap all 30 of them in one trial, so their trials have been broken down into 3 separate ones.

Generally speaking the court system in the UK doesn't work like America's in how media can seem to have a presence in the court proceeding (I'm thinking OG Simpson here as an example, maybe an American can correct me if I'm wrong). Over here, you only hear about the outcome of the case directly after it has ended. And because the case has been broken down into 3 separate ones in order to process the amount of "alleged" rapists, a media "hush" is in place until all the court cases have concluded, supposedly ensuring no bias between any of them. This in itself is kind of questionable due to the handicapped way that the cases have been broken up, and also shows the scale of the child abuse problem that certain areas of the UK are having. People are also saying that the police are trying to keep these court proceedings until wrap like this deliberately so that the general public doesn't get to see the scale of these problems.

Anyway, now for Tommy Robinson. He's quite extreme, and I don't really agree with him, but what has happened to him is a complete abuse of the justice system. To explain it, basically he was live streaming outside one of these Muslim rapist court proceedings (I don't know which one exactly). Although the media aren't allowed to report on it because of this "media hush", Tommy Robison doesn't really classify much as a media outlet, and the UK government can't exactly say that no UK citizen is allowed to discuss ongoing court proceedings, as that would be over in the Stalin area of censorship. However, that's exactly what they did, and chucked him in a police van.

HOWEVER, that is not the worst part. The worst part is that he is now in prison, and he has had no trial, I'm not sure exactly how long he is in for cause it's hard to find anything about it in the UK, I think it's 13 months. Also, almost NO UK media have reported on the fact that he has been thrown in prison with no trial, and that disgusts me completely, because it proves that the UK has no freedom WHATSOEVER. The government used this as an opportunity to shut up one of their criticizers (once again, I will remind you I'm not a Tommy Robinson supporter, but what has happened to him is completely wrong). The British Broadcasting Corporation haven't even mentioned it once. Also, whilst some outlets have mentioned his arrest, none whatsoever have mentioned the fact that he has been put in jail without a trial.

Also, Google seem to be very happy to not auto complete any search results that relates to him being in prison...

Sorry, that was quite a long TL DR. Hopefully it clarifies things.

i should clarify. this time is also one of the times you're wrong all the time
Dunno wtf you're on about considering he's pretty much completely right.
