Personally, I believe I would set up a house near an ncr outpost, on a road leading to new vegas. I would drill a water pump, and let people fill use as much water they want for about 100 caps.

Ok, I had this giant sound effect library for a while. I use it for modding games, but I decided I'd share it.
Use it for add-ons/other games/etc.. It includes a lot of gun noises, explosions, stuff like that.
