As I recall, the Brony motto is love and tolerate. And you're all kind of doing the opposite of that right now
Have you looked back at the other arguments he has been involved in? Most of the arguments would not have happened if he would have ignored something everyone else here would have ignored, but he didn't.

The problem is the griefing happens so much on so many servers that have no admins on at the time, it's literally completely unavoidable and nearly impossible to stop at times. It's just out of control.
