i meant the voice quality, due to it moving to CELT
instead of 11025, it's now 22050
plus it seems like the environments no longer affect the voice chat, but i don't really know because one server that i go to has a tf2 warioware gamemode and it affects voice chat every time it speeds up (i think)

remember the second golden rule of comedy: loud == funny. so you want to be as loud as possible at all times. this in turn will maximize the humour level of the video.

and here's a tutorial:
first go in audacity, insert your audio, turn the volume way up, and ctrl+d the forget outta it
boom, successful ear rape
