Ground war is 18(for consoles). On PC the player limit is at least 48 because I have seen servers that large.

First you need a program to create the model for whatever you are trying to make (something to make a 3d object). Some programs that you can use are Blender, Milkshape and Google Sketchup. Then you need to make a script for whatever addon you are making. Look through your blockland folder and open up some of the .cs files( with notepad) to get an idea of what you need to do to make a script(don't mess with anything).  Also this is like the 10th topic like this. Use the search button and don't name your topic OMFG HELP IDK WTF TO DO!!!!1111!
Name it something normal like " I need to know how to make addons"

It could be your drivers because there are some know driver problems with vista. Also what kind of graphics card do you have?

Reinstall blockland. You messed up the map with the editor somehow and then saved the mission.
